Otter Tail Lake Home II

This seasonal lake cottage on Otter Tail Lake was designed to allow for large family gatherings at the lake. The Cape Cod style exteriors were designed to create a timeless lake cottage image for the Owners. The Main Level was designed around an aging in place concept, incorporating access to a Master Bedroom Suite, Study and large open Great Room concept. Covered Porch elements were incorporated on both the lakeside and roadside to enhance the timeless exteriors and also incorporate a Screen Porch with direct access off the Great Room. A separate Living unit is incorporated and accessible from the Garage to a Second Level area to provide additional privacy and Living space for other family members.
