Wild Rice Electric Cooperative

bhh was hired by the Cooperative to conduct a review of its existing facilities and develop options for facility upgrades. The 4,910 square foot new construction and 3,000 square foot remodel included removal of a 1950's era structure and construction of an addition to provide a more efficient connection between office and field staff. Timely and effective communication was required between bhh, Owner and Contractor to stage the project around the Cooperative's day-to-day operations.
