This 18,569 square foot addition to the existing 5,878 square foot Farmers State Bank building with some remodeling of the existing structure included a Large Open Lobby, Break Room, Office Areas for Bank, Investment & Insurance, Drive Up Teller, Conference Room, Teller Line, Various Vault areas, Restroom on the main level. The upper level changes included Board Room, Kitchen & Break Room, Meeting Room, various Office spaces and Rest Room and the lower level Electrical/Data Room, Fire Files, Large Storage Areas and Mechanical Room.
