Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative

For several years the Todd – Wadena Electric Cooperative researched options to expand their facility at the existing site. The company’s continued growth and focus on serving their customers was the basis for their total transformation of their property. The project included a phased approach to remove their antiquated offices with a new layout that allowed their employees to be more efficient and provided a more open, customer service space for their members. In addition, the rebuild included a new garage space for company vehicles provided better traffic flow within their construction yard.

At 13,895 sf the new, one story facility includes a Board Room, Staff Breakroom space and a Storm Shelter area that can be used as a dispatch center in the event of an emergency. The exterior design incorporates low maintenance materials that presents the building as a beautiful, new rural office facility.
