Senior Class Care

Phase one of the project consisted of a remodel-addition to the unfinished existing building that added 10 Resident Rooms with Private Bathrooms, a Private Office, Nurse's Office, Staff Bathroom, Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room and Lobby for a total of 8,229 finished square feet. Phase two consisted of a 5,024 square foot addition with 10 Resident Rooms with Private Bathrooms, a Storage Room and connection to the existing facility.
