Mid-Central Federal Savings Bank

This 3,170 square foot addition / remodel to the existing bank structure improved the parking facilities, access to the existing teller lines, created much needed office space, added a large conference room and additional leasable office space. Throughout construction, the building remained occupied by bank staff and the day-to-day operations experienced limited interruption. The exterior façade of the building underwent a complete makeover with rejuvenated color scheme and a sloped roof was built over the existing flat roof.
