Mid-Central Federal Savings Bank

This 3,264 square foot extensive remodel / addition to the existing bank was integrated as part of a major highway relocation project where the front of the bank became the back and the back of the building was transformed to serve as the bank's new front. Two additions were added to the existing facility creating additional office and meeting space. The drive-thru teller window was relocated and a complete exterior makeover performed. A new pitched metal roof was added for additional visibility and exposure and an exterior insulation system was added to completely update the look of the facility. The project's color scheme replicated that of a "sister" bank located in Wadena, 17 miles west.
