A new 2-story, 15,000 square foot, wood framed Assisted Living facility attached to an existing Nursing Home in Mahnomen, Minnesota. Fourteen individual apartments along with common areas such as a Community Room, Kitchen and Lounge on the Main Floor provide ample entertaining and living spaces for the residents to enjoy the full continuum of care while on the Mahnomen Health Center Campus.
