This 3-story, 36,734 square foot Assisted Living complex includes 28 one or two bedroom units of senior housing apartments with available services. All units have kitchen, dining, living room, private laundry and full bathroom with shower. The facility also includes 20 stalls of underground parking with a car wash and underground link to the adjacent nursing home. Several common spaces are designed throughout the building including a large central dining area with fireplace, and small family gathering areas that can serve as private dining areas. A beauty salon and library are among the amenities shared by residents.

"Green" technologies were used throughout including, geothermal heat and hydronic in-floor heat and was noted as "the most energy efficient building in Otter Tail County" by Ottertail Power Company.
