Lakes Country Service Cooperative

This striking 21,000 square foot remodel/addition of the 1939 Jefferson Elementary School was completed in phases to allow the owner to continue the use of the existing facility throughout construction. A 5,000 square foot addition was added to the original structure providing a well lit and welcoming Entrance while numerous Conference and Instructional spaces were created for the co-operative's many user groups. Numerous Office Suites were designed for separate departments with rooms and spaces for future growth and storage.
