Detroit Lakes Electric Utility Warehouse

This two-story, 37,200 square foot, pre-engineered metal building structure was selected by the City of Detroit Lakes to house its Electric Department and serve as command and coordination center in the event of large utility outage. Multiple offices, a break room, meeting room, locker rooms, meter repair room, vehicle garage, wash bay, maintenance bay and a storage area with an exterior loading dock were incorporated into the structure and a second level mezzanine was included to house additional storage as well as the mechanical systems for the building.
