Community Development Bank

This wood framed, 3,600 square foot facility replaces an existing lease space and was designed to provide a long lasting home for the bank. Overall design, aesthetics, layout, functions and features were closely replicated from a "sister" bank in Ogema, MN. This helps provide a consistent appearance for the bank's brand and customers, regardless of location. Located on a corner lot along a primary street in the heart of town, the dual covered gable entrances provide a welcoming appearance and provide easy access to the drive through window.
