Blueberry Pines Clubhouse & Restaurant

After a fire destroyed the original clubhouse, the new owners of the Golf Course decided to rebuild the facility with a focus on a customer friendly layout. They wanted a facility that was easy to operate and also one that incorporated a great dining experience that would take advantage of views to the Golf Course. The new Clubhouse space was positioned to allow sightlines to the course and is easily accessible to golfers.

The building includes a total 3,730 sf on the Main Level along with a small storage area below the restaurant. The layout of the building allows for independent use of the restrooms from each space and includes vaulted ceilings with fine interior wood finishes throughout the restaurant.
