Blue Sky Building

The Blue Sky Building was a complete transformation of the existing office building complex with extensive interior and exterior remodeling. The original building was renovated into (12) leasable spaces of varying sizes for a total of 12,943 square feet. The construction work completely changed the appearance and energy performance of the building.
