Arvig Communications

Completed in 1998, this project totals 51,574 square feet on four levels. The building houses a Communication Engineering Firm on the lower level, Minnesota State Community and Technical College Administrative Offices on the first level, Accounting, Human Resources and Administration Offices for Arvig on the second and third levels. The building's exterior is designed to incorporate historical features along with more modern materials and systems and is a significant addition to the downtown area. The interior is accessible at all levels, has high tech communication systems throughout and is heated by a geo thermal well field located beneath a parking lot one block away.
